Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026. This policy explains how 2R TEK Solutions ("we") handles information on this website and in the services we sell.

What we collect

• Contact details you send us (name, business e-mail, business name, the restaurant or business you want analysed) so we can answer you and deliver your order.
• Public business information (website, maps listing, directories) used to build the analysis. The analysis is about the business, not about individuals.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
• Basic server logs from our hosting provider (Cloudflare), such as IP address and page requested.

What we do with it

Deliver what you ordered, reply to your messages, keep accounting records, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not buy contact lists.

Business e-mail and opt-out

We may send a small number of one-to-one business e-mails to addresses publicly listed by the company itself. Every message identifies us and includes our postal address and an unsubscribe link. Opt-outs are honoured immediately and the address is added to a suppression list.

Sharing

Only with providers needed to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (e-mail delivery) and Stripe (payments). Each handles data under its own terms.

Retention

Order and accounting records are kept as long as the law requires. Other contact data is deleted on request or when no longer needed.

Your rights

Under LGPD (Brazil), GDPR/UK GDPR and CASL/CAN-SPAM where they apply, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, or to stop receiving messages. Write to [email protected]; we reply in English or Portuguese.
