Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 October 2026. These terms apply to services sold by 2R TEK Solutions ("we"), including the Local Visibility Snapshot.

The service

The Local Visibility Snapshot is a manual analysis of up to 3 local searches and 3 competitors, built only from public information as of the date shown, with a one-page plan and a recommended first action. Delivery target: 48 hours after payment and receipt of the order details.

What we do not promise

We do not promise rankings, traffic, reservations or revenue. We do not access your accounts, publish anything for you, or change your listings. Recommendations are for you to act on.

Price and payment

US$ 99, one-time, charged in US dollars through Stripe. Taxes, if any, are your responsibility.

Guarantee and refunds

If the snapshot contains a factual error, we correct it within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied, ask for a full refund within 7 days of delivery by writing to [email protected].

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate details of the business to analyse. Do not use the service for anything unlawful.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. The analysis reflects public information at one point in time and may become outdated.

Governing law

Brazilian law, without removing any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
